The Science Of Being Well Wallace Wattles Book Review
Much of the Principles of Health are under our control. We have control over the food we eat, how we breathe and how well we sleep. Yet these seem to be skills that we have mainly forgotten, as proven by the risen number of cancers and chronic diseases.
As a researcher of alternative health methods for healing cancer and all diseases, I am always investigating whats new and being discovered.
However, this time, a tried and true secret of healing and maintaining health comes down from the ages, and the amazing book, The Science Of Being Well was written in 1910.
Wallace Wattles wrote all these years back in a style that is concise and to the point. His examples are clear and his philosophy is as current and actual today as it was almost a century ago. He explains that you must form a clear and definite mental picture of what you want; you cannot transmit an idea unless you have it yourself.
More than anything, Wallace Wattles books are an exercise in thinking. He brings forth techniques for controlling our thoughts in order to create and achieve what we desire in life, be it wealth, or health. He explains that most people are not able to achieve what they truly desire, because they do not know how to use the power of their thoughts. They have only a vague and misty concept of the things they want to do, to have, or to become.
The philosophy is pretty simple: It is not enough that you should have a general desire for health. The more clear and definite you make your picture then, and the more you dwell upon it, bringing out all its delightful details of what you will be able to do when you are strong and healthy, the stronger your desire will be; and the stronger your desire, the easier it will be to hold your mind fixed upon the picture of what you want.
Something more is necessary, however, than merely to see the picture clearly. Behind your clear vision must be the purpose to realize it; to bring it out in tangible expression. And behind this purpose must be an invincible and unwavering FAITH that the thing is already yours; that it is "at hand" and you have only to take possession of it.
Live in your new healthy, strong body mentally, until it takes form around you physically. In the mental realm, enter at once into full enjoyment of the things you want. See the health you want as if it were actually around you all the time; see yourself as living with it, using it. In imagination, live as you never have, pain-free just as you will use them when they are your tangible possessions. Dwell upon your mental picture until it is clear and distinct, and then take the Mental Attitude of Ownership toward everything in that picture. Take possession of it, in mind, in the full faith that it is actually yours. Hold to this mental ownership; do not waiver for an instant in the faith that it is real.
Mr Wattles explains that health is based on our ability to Think in a Certain Way, which we have forgotten. There are Principles of Health that are simple for everyone to apply.
Although he wrote some of the most powerful, life changing books ever written, unfortunately very little is known about the life of Wallace D. Wattles.
He was born in the United States in 1860, and experienced a life of failure after failure, until - in his latter years, after tireless study and experimentation - he formulated and put into practice the scientific principles he later wrote about in the books contained in The Science of Being Well.
In a letter written to his publisher by his daughter, Florence, shortly after his death, Florence writes, "He lived every page ... His life was truly the powerful life." The Science of Being Well Home Study Course takes you through every step of the principles with clear exercises, explanations and visualizations, to help you create permanent health for yourself. The Anatomy of a Hot Google AdWords Ad
A Google AdWords Ad has four lines:
Line 1: Keyword-rich benefit headline
Before we talk about how to write a great Google Ad, let's just go back to basics and get inside the head of someone who is using the Google Search Engine.
Picture this ... your website visitor is interested in finding something on the Internet so they type some keywords into the search engine. Up comes a search engine results page with a list of websites that matched their search terms.
Now, before we go any further let's look inside the mind of the website visitor.
They have a problem or need.
They think "Aha, I'll go and find out the answer to that on the net."
They point their browser to Google and they think, 'Mmmm ... what should I type in the search box?'
Chances are, the keywords they type in are the actual item or items they're looking for. So - let's say they were looking for something to fix their eczema problem.
What do they type into the search engine?
Maybe they type "eczema treatment". They press submit and they wait for the search results.
The search results come up and the website visitor scans the listing of results and while she's doing that, she thinks to herself, 'Mmm... eczema treatment, eczema treatment, eczema treatment.
Where can I find eczema treatment?'
So what is the best keyword or keywords to put in the headline of your Google Ad?
Yes, you got it - "eczema treatment". The reason why this is so powerful is because it's flagging down your reader. The headline is voicing what they are thinking.
For instance:
Eczema Treatment
Eczema Fixed Now
Eczema gone in 2 days!
Here's another tip - capitalize the first letter of each word in the headline.
"Eczema cured in days" vs "Eczema Cured In Days"
See the difference?
Capitalizing the first letter of each word attracts more attention to the letters within the headline (which is obviously very important when you're competing with a whole bunch of other ads as well as organic search engine listings).
Great! So you have a strong headline. The next information to include is as many action words as possible, to drive them to your website.
Unfortunately there is no space for "how to" headlines or anything cute or catchy. About all you can do is mention the keyword with one or two action words surrounding it.
Line 2: Clear Benefit and Command
Eczema Cured in 2 Days!
Itching and Redness Gone. Try it
Line 3: Features and specifics
Eczema Cured in 2 Days!
Itching and Redness Gone. Try it
FREE. Permanent Results. No Drugs.
Line 4: Website Address (URL)
Always feature the URL in upper and lower case to make it stand out.
EczemaRemedyCures and not eczemaremedycures

Emergency Mens Grooming Fixes for Special Occasions
Grad Season.Wedding Season. Springtime. Wintertime. It doesnt really matter what time of the year it is---it seems like theres always a holiday or event just around the corner that youve got to look good for. Dont worry though; theres no need to panic. MenScience has broken down the stages of mens grooming from the hour before you walk out the door to what you should be doing all the time. Whether its a big date, college graduation, or a holiday party, youll look like a polished man no matter what the occasion.
Code Red (An hour before the event):
1. Shower immediately and shampoo. Gently exfoliate face with a face scrub. This will smooth and revitalize skin in under two minutes.
2. Shave: Try skipping shaving the day before a big event to make sure you get a close shave the day of. You can do several shaving passes then for a super-close result.)
3. Target an unexpected acne pimple: Apply an ice cube to a blemish for a few minutes to help reduce inflammation and size temporarily. Then, cover acne breakout with a small amount of acne treatment medicine and let absorb to reduce bacteria on the surface and get immediate results.
4. Go easy on the moisturizer to avoid a shiny, oily look.
Code Orange (The day of the event):
1. Press clean clothes, or get them pressed at the dry cleaners or laundromat a few days before.
2. Trim and clean beneath fingernails.
3. Cut unwanted hairs, such as nose and ear hair. Yeah, its gross, but it makes a huge difference.
4. Relieve puffy or tired eyes by laying a frozen eye mask wrapped in a washcloth over eyes for 5-10 minutes. Diminish dark under-eye circles by placing an eye mask in hot water, wrapping in a washcloth, then placing over closed eyes for 5 10 minutes. Follow by applying a moisturizer for the eye area.
Code Yellow (A few days to a week before the event):
1. Get a haircut. A trim is always a good idea, but if youre going for a new hairstyle, do it a couple of days before the event. A horrible cut can often be managed if you have a few days to work with it. If your eyebrows are especially bushy, ask the barber about trimming to thin them a bit.
2. Book a manicure. Many barbershops and grooming lounges now offer them for men, and its a great preparation for the hand-shaking youll be doing.
3. Exfoliate your skin. Gently removing dead cells from the skins surface can immediately brighten your tone, smooth roughness and improve your overall appearance, but for the most optimal results, begin exfoliating your skin regularly 2 -3 times a week beforehand.
4. Clear your face. Achieving clear skin takes time, but there are some acne ingredients, like Benzoyl Peroxide, which start working immediately to eliminate blemishes.
Code Blue (All the time):
1. Dont use bar soap: It can dry skin out over time, emphasizing fine lines and causing irritation and redness. Use a liquid cleanser instead.
2. Moisturize. Incorporate a lightweight, non-greasy moisturizer into your regular skincare routine, and your skin will be ready to party, anytime!
3. Prevent signs of aging by taking care of your skin now with an anti-aging treatment. Regular, early use can provide rewarding results within a few weeks and years down the road.
4. Stay in shape by exercising and following a healthy diet. Take high-quality supplements formulated specifically for men to receive valuable nutrients and promote better health overall.
